Renters are requested to complete the registration process online prior to arrival.   A maximum of only 2 renters are permitted at the rental kiosk at all times.

Employees are required to wear protective masks when interacting with customers. Employees are permitted from shaking customers’ hands, and we enforce the 1.5-meter social distancing. Employees are required to sanitize or wash their hands after each customer interaction.

Rental vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before being rented, with special attention placed on sensitive touch areas. A 1.5-meter social distancing rule is enforced during the vehicle inspection process, and keys are sanitized and kept in envelopes.
